Colin Wren Oysters is a second generation family owned and managed single seed oyster farm based on Wallis Lake, Tuncurry NSW, Australia. Timeless traditions married with innovative technologies defines our spirit and our business model.
We have grown and sold Wallis Lake Oysters directly to chefs and consumers since 2016, offering absolute freshness, premium quality, and personalised service that are hallmarks of our brand. As year-round residents of Wallis Lake, we take a serious interest in preserving our natural resources.
Oyster farming is one of the most sustainable methods of aquaculture today, and we actively ensure that our farming and business practices are environmentally-sound. For this reason, we consider ourselves not only as oyster farmers, but also as “ecosystem facilitators” in practice and promotion.
From seed to shuck we endeavour to create a revolutionary ‘Oyster Farm Culture’ throughout Wallis Lake. Proving new methods of Oyster Farming combine with leading-edge science & equipment out in the water can develop exceptional seed systems and strategies to produce a premium quality oyster.
